Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method chosen during the checkout process but as of now, we are offering Free Shipping on all orders within India on all prepaid and COD orders until further notice.

1.2. International Shipping: We are not offering International shipping at the moment. But if you want to order something, you can send us an email at writetokinki@gmail.com with the product you want and we will separately quote you about the delivery charges and shipping times.

2. Order Processing

2.1. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email includes your order details.

2.2. Processing Time: We typically process and ship orders within One Business Day. However, please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 business to deliver your order.

4.1. You will receive a tracking number in your order email once shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your order as it makes its way to you.

5. Shipping Address

5.1. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout process is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

6.1. In the event that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

7. International Shipping

7.1. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with their orders. These fees are not included in the total cost during checkout.
