Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility: We accept returns for items purchased on our website within 3 days from the date of delivery only in the case of damaged or defective shirts. However, we always do a Quality Check before shipping the items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +91-7727-00-7441 or email us at writetokinki@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please pack the item securely and include a copy of your purchase invoice or proof of purchase, along with the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number.
1.3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds
2.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 4-7 business days from the date of approval.
2.3. If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation and return your item to you.
3. Exchanges
3.1. We are offering exchange at the moment. For the size issues , make sure to check the size chart before ordering with us. To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1. Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged.
- Items that are returned more than 2 days after delivery.
